Works insurance, what is it, why do you need it?

New work, materials, if anything happens to it before you have completed the works its probably down to you (there are instances where you are not required under contract to insure though).

Whether you are building new houses, you are a sub-contractor installing heating and ventilation or you are erecting signs, if you need to or are required to cover the works the a policy of this type will cover your needs.
